When we organize fun and formation days for our employees we need to organize for them a fun day where each one of them will enjoy. There are many different types of fun days. There are even companies that raise their heads and take all their employees on a concentrated vacation in Eilat or the Sea of ​​Galilee. As part of the fun day we can take our employees to group activities like cooking workshops, craft workshops or city or outdoor tours. Forming activities can include a shared bus ride, a joint viewing of an entertainment show or workshops to improve communication and emotional capacity.

Why is sometimes a simple activity much more enjoyable than a luxury activity?

Sometimes we should organize for our employees a very simple activity and not a prestigious activity because simple activities are the most spoonfuls and fun. Simple activities can be a football or basketball tournament for all company employees or an athletics tournament for all our employees. Other activities can be boating on the river or a formative activity on the beach. It is important that we choose an activity that suits the vast majority of our employees and it is important that we are aware that there will always be employees who are not satisfied with the activity we have chosen. When the vast majority of employees will be able to enjoy the activity we have chosen we will know that we have succeeded in meeting the task.
